On May 22nd, 2017, director Maoliti•Mansuer comes to Xichang  University to organize study and research, accompanied by Xiao Chun, deputy governor of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture. He visits teaching facilities and training bases of Xichang University, focusing on  education of minority nationalities and bilingual education, and he has given some certain guidance and encouragement on Xichang University’s  education of minority nationalities and bilingual education.
